Tip.

Listen to your body, life and work can be demanding I know  you can’t always  just stop what you’re doing but try to take time out as much as you can because you can eventually have a burnout where everything will suffer Stress levels will rise, unable to think straight so your quality of work will suffer, and there is nothing worse than spending Hours /day on something to then have to do it again
