Self-care part 1

Food
Try and eat Healthy food if you can but I won’t be a hypocrite I have good days and bad but I always eat 3 meals a day. A lot of people don’t like to eat in the mornings, Breakfast is the most important meal so maybe try smoothies or cereal bars,

Timeout
If you are a parent, I know how hard it can be to find time for your self​, when my children were​ young we had chill time at o’clock they went to their​ room to watch telly, read sometimes play computer, then at the weekend they were​ allowed​ a late night or a sleepover​ with a​ ​friend, Having a ​routine Helped me so much. To go to bed without feeling like your head is going to explode because the kids have been a nightmare is a blessing. I would just like to add letting the kids do things for an​ easy life trust me you will have a very hard life later on.

​​Hobbies/social life​
Find things you like to do for just for you and not the family, visit friends​ to catch up, have a glass of wine once a week, and do this without​ feeling guilty, Answer these Questions, Did you feed your children dinner, yes course you did. Do they have a clean bed to sleep in, yes course they have, you left them with responsible ​supervision saying goodbye​ and you love them, yes of course you did, That makes you a responsible​ parent who is entitled​ ​​to a few hours to themselves​. ENJOY x
